- We have been hearing a lot of late about a lot of young people suddenly dying due to sudden cardiac arrest. They might have been having an underlying heart condition.
- It is a pre requisite to have a healthy lifestyle . Eat well and have a good exercise plan atleast 5 days a week.
- Once you cross 40 yrs, it is advisable to get periodic heart check ups in the form of ECG , TMT , 2D Echo, Lipid Profile etc. As the age advances , the risk for heart attacks is increased.
- Periodic health checks maybe a tool to prevent such catastrophe if identified earlier itself.
